We are looking for service technicians with experience working on boilers, residential AC, mini splits, and commercial systems. Truck, tools, uniform, and tablet w/ Service Titan provided.

The HVAC Service Technician at Big Horn Heating & Cooling is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes servicing air filters, thermostats, belts, bearings, and blower fans to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot various HVAC systems to identify and repair faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and proactive repairs as needed.
• Serve as a direct point of contact with customers, assisting in generating potential sales leads.
• Determine necessary replacement parts and ensure timely ordering to facilitate quick repairs.
• Complete job-related paperwork, including job status updates, duration tracking, and daily time logs.

• 10+ years HVAC Service experience
• Refrigeration experience is highly preferred

• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
