Position: Executive Assistant To The Founder

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Coeur d'Alene, , for an Executive Assistant to the Founder. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining efficient communication for the Founder. Responsibilities include handling emails, drafting correspondence, conducting research, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. The position may also involve assisting with special projects and acting as a liaison between the Founder and internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting emails, reports, and correspondence
  • Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and proactively
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is a plus
  • A high degree of professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude
