What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage all on‑site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will act as the primary point of contact for the client, subcontractors, and project team, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.

Superintendent
  • Project Oversight:
    Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day operations on the job site, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Cost Control:
    Determine and keep track of needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Meet with Project Managers on a biweekly basis to track progress and find ways to improve the budget and value engineering opportunities.
  • Schedule Management:
    Utilize scheduling software to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and any delays are promptly addressed.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, direct, and motivate on‑site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
  • Quality Control:
    Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets the project’s specifications and industry standards. Address any issues related to work quality promptly.
  • Safety Management:
