We seek a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, quality, and supervising all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. They will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
GENERALRESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Budget Management:
Monitor and control project budgets, approve expenditures, handle change orders, and manage financial reporting. - Leadership:
Mentor and motivate the project team; foster collaboration. - Schedule Management:
Establish and maintain project schedules; adjust timelines as needed. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and client specifications; conduct site inspections. - Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks, including budget overruns, safety concerns, and legal issues. - Contract Management:
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring obligations are met and disputes resolved. - Preconstruction & Estimating:
Review documentation to develop estimating strategies. - Client Development:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities. - Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular project status updates to clients, contractors, and stakeholders. - Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes; enforce safety policies. - Closeout:
Oversee final inspections, client walkthroughs, and punch‑list resolution; deliver documentation and warranties.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, quality, safety, and contract management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Auto Desk, Microsoft Project), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., sitting at a desk).
- Operate computer and office equipment.
- Inspect construction sites: stand, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders…
