We are seeking a confident, empathetic, and compassionate General Urologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate may be finishing residency or mid-career, with experience in all aspects of general urology. Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), Urogynecology, or Urologic Oncology is welcome, but not required for general urology applicants.

This individual will demonstrate clinical excellence, surgical expertise, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. This role also offers the opportunity to be part of a highly respected and growing multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering cutting‑edge care in a supportive environment. Candidates must be dedicated to improving the lives of patients through both surgical and non‑surgical treatments and possess the ability to connect deeply with patients and families during often complex and emotional experiences.

• Provide expert surgical and medical management of patients with general urologic conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including gynecology, oncology, nephrology, radiology, and primary care, both external to the growing community and internally within Beacon Clinic
• Deliver compassionate, empathetic care with clear communication to patients and their families.
• Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and operating room procedures.
• Engage in quality improvement, clinical research, and/or academic teaching (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
