Lakeview Financial Group is an independent financial services practice of Thrivent in Coeur d’Alene,  are growing and adding an Associate Financial Advisor to our team. At Lakeview Financial Group, we provide personalized financial guidance to people at all stages of life. Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll be a resource for our financial advisors and provide support to the clients of Lakeview Financial Group, including:

  • Meeting with potential clients to build genuine, long‑term relationships based on shared values and goals.
  • Educating and empowering clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about investments, insurance, retirement and generosity.
  • Building a strong personal network through local nonprofits, churches and businesses for future growth.
  • Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor.

You will be employed/contracted by Lakeview Financial Group.

Requirements
  • Securities (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration. If not currently licensed, candidates should be willing to do so within 120 days of hire/contract.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Thrivent Investment Management is the sponsor for FINRA registration, and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is the sponsor for insurance licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, with additional performance‑based incentive compensation.
