PHYSICAL THERAPIST (OUTPATIENT) – AXIS SPINE

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a full‑time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join the Axis Spine Center team in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This role focuses on spine and orthopedic rehabilitation in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

• Evaluate and treat patients, creating individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide community education seminars and support professional development and mentorship.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure in Idaho or active application process.
• Current BLS certification.
