Town Pump, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Manager in Training (M.I.T.) to gain expertise across housekeeping, front desk, marketing, maintenance and food services.
This role will cross-train with the General Manager and Assistant GM to uphold brand standards and Town Pump's mission of Genuine Hospitality. You will interact with guests and staff, learn hotel sales, scheduling, and daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professional image.
