The Role
This part-time contracting gig is for someone who wants to put their skills to work for something bigger, Purpose Beyond Profit, and make some extra income while doing meaningful, creative work. You’ll report directly to me and help across all KMI brands.
Responsibilities- Design and update websites in Webflow.
- Manage Hub Spot for email campaigns and CRM workflows.
- Edit and produce video content (Premiere Pro or similar).
- Create graphics and visual assets for web, email, and social media.
- Manage and post to social media accounts, grow engagement, and execute digital campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas and help bring fresh energy to our brands.
- Strong Webflow skills and a solid grasp of web design best practices.
- Comfortable with Hub Spot, Premiere Pro (or equivalent), and design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experienced with social media management, email campaigns, video editing, and general marketing execution.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about the Gospel and excited to live out Purpose Beyond Profit through your work.
- Flexible, remote schedule.
- Part-time contractor role at $17–$22/hour depending on experience.
- Direct collaboration with the founder/CEO in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment.
