Mailroom / Package Operator - Join Our Production Team

Do you like staying busy, being hands-on, and seeing results at the end of the day?
Hagadone Media Group is looking for a dependable, energetic Mailroom / Package Operator to help bring our newspapers and commercial print products to life. You’ll be the final step in the production process-making sure every edition and print job gets out on time, complete, and perfectly packaged.

• Work with mechanical equipment like inserters, stackers, strappers, and pallet jacks

• Operate insertion equipment to assemble newspapers with inserts and supplements
• Set up and run strapping and palletizing machinery
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
• Label, sort, and organize products for delivery or postal processing
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Work closely with team members and managers to meet deadlines

• Previous experience in mailroom, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus
• Comfortable operating or learning mechanical equipment
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a team
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays as production needs
