We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Leader to oversee our growing nursing and clinical navigator teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RN who values leadership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient care.

• Collaborate with the VP of Clinical Operations to direct and manage nursing and clinical navigator teams, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Oversee staffing and workflow to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational goals for clinical teams.
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Educate staff on patient care standards and emergency protocols.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary leadership team to support clinic-wide initiatives.

• Compassionate and caring bedside manner.
• Motivational managerial skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Idaho RN License (required upon hire)
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (required upon hire)
• Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: Starting at $100,000
