Join the Life Care CDA Team at The Coeur d'Alene Golf and Spa Resort as a Registered Nurse. Full‑time positions are available for day, evening, and night shifts.

Shift details:

• Day: 8 hrs (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Sun/Mon/Wed)
• Evening: 8 hrs (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Fri/Sat/Tue)
• Night: 12 hrs (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Sun)
• Shift differential of $3.50 for 10 p.m.–6 a.m. shifts

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment.
