As an RN, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring high standards of care.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Deliver compassionate care that promotes the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain during orientation.

We have openings for both Full-Time (FT) and Part-Time (PT) RN positions:

• FT RN Day: 8 hours (6a-2p Sun/Mon/Wed)
• FT RN Evening: 8 hours (2p-10p Fri/Sat/Tue)
• FT RN Night: 12 hours (6p-6a Sun)

Enjoy a shift differential of $3.50 for night shifts (10p-6a) and a starting wage of $42.50/hr for new graduates!
