Being a Real Estate Agent with Windermere Real Estate is an exceptional opportunity to advance your real estate career. We are currently seeking experienced online converters. Join one of the few two Zillow teams covering the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets, selling approximately 200 homes per year.

As a Real Estate Agent specializing in Zillow leads, you will be responsible for managing and converting leads generated from the Zillow platform. You will work closely with buyers, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the real estate process. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. A deep understanding of the local real estate market and Zillow platform is required, with a focus on diligent follow-up.

Windermere Real Estate provides our agents with tools and resources for success, including ongoing training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment.

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If not licensed, consider joining Windermere Real Estate School and use code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Need to be licensed in Idaho and Washington, or interested in dual licensing (Idaho & Washington).
• Proven success in converting Zillow leads
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency with the Zillow platform and related technologies
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
