This is an entry-level, full-time position in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Flynn Group is the largest Applebee’s franchise operator in the world, operating over 460 restaurants across 24 states.

As an Applebee's Cook, you will prepare menu items, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and work collaboratively with dining room staff to deliver excellent service.

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Commitment to making an impact and working as part of a team.
• Basic culinary or food preparation experience is a plus.

• Remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a hot and damp environment.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
