Building Engineer

Position Overview

Hagadone Hospitality is hiring an experienced Building Engineer to support capital projects, renovations, and new tower construction across our resort properties. This is a hands-on, working position for a skilled facilities professional who performs trade work daily while supporting multiple projects.

• Perform hands-on work in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance
• Support capital improvement, renovation, and new construction projects
• Work in the field alongside maintenance and project teams
• Coordinate work across multiple buildings and job sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency
• Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are met

• 7–10 years of facilities or trade experience
• Strong working knowledge of building systems
• Experience with capital projects or renovations
• Trade or facilities certifications preferred but not required (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or related)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability based on project needs

• Salary up to $125,000 (DOE)
