We are seeking experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professionals with strong property accounting experience and hands‑on expertise in MRI
. The role requires ownership of end‑to‑end AR processes, high transaction accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Manage full Accounts Receivable cycle, including billing system maintenance, reconciliations, AR postings, and receipt applications within MRI
.

Verify and reconcile cash, cheque, wire transfers, and online payments with supporting documentation.

Perform tenant/customer account reconciliations and resolve unapplied payments or discrepancies promptly.

Oversee sweep account activities and ensure accurate daily and monthly posting.

Process cash receipts for tenant and non‑tenant batches, journal entries, and wire transfers

Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities
, including reporting and reconciliations.

Address bank reconciliation‑related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Download, organize, and maintain bank activity statements in property folders.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation for invoices, receipts, correspondence, and reconciliations.

Respond to tenant/customer email queries professionally and within defined timelines.

Manage high volumes of transactions with speed, precision, and consistency

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
.

5+ years of property accounting experience — AR & Billing
.

Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate accounting principles
.

Proficiency in MRI and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and trends.
