Job Description
  • Expertise in SEA & air freight cost working, Landing Calculation [ HSN & Weight]
  • Hands‑on experience in portals like GeM, CPPP/eProcure, HAL, BHEL, ECIL, BEL, Railways, and other PSU portals.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement policies (GFR, GeM guidelines, e‑procurement rules).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • GeM Portal Management
  • Manage company profile, product listings, catalogs, pricing, and compliance documents on the GeM portal.
  • Monitor bids, RA (Reverse Auctions), and participate as per business requirements.
  • Ensure timely catalog updates, price revisions, OEM details, and product approvals.
    • Bid Preparation & Submission
    • Technical bids
    • Compliance sheets
    • Deviations & clarifications
    • EMD/Bank Guarantees/Integrity Pact, etc.

    Upload documents and submit bids on respective portals before deadlines.

    Ensure error‑free submissions with proper supporting documents.

    Government procurement & compliance knowledge.

    Coordination with Internal teams.

    Time and priority management.

    Analytical thinking.
