** Job Description
*** Analyze global supply, demand, and inventory data for major oilseeds and vegetable oils.
* Monitor key market drivers such as weather events, policy shifts, trade dynamics, and biofuel demand.
* Deliver actionable insights and market forecasts to stakeholders.
* Develop accurate forecasts for Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and palm oil production across FGV’s operations.
* Implement predictive models using historical and real-time data to guide operational strategies.
* Generate timely forecasts for national crude palm oil (CPO) production.
* Collaborate with industry bodies and leverage data to refine forecast accuracy.
* Perform detailed technical analyses using tools like Bollinger bands, RSI, and stochastics to predict medium-term price trends.
* Assess market conditions and price influencers to provide accurate forecasts for CPO pricing.
