The NNDSB invites applications for the following LTO position commencing immediately until January 30, 2026 or the early return of the teacher.

• Grade 5/6 Classroom

• A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
• A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers
• Junior Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents
• Demonstrated experience with Apple based software and Mobile devices (iPad/Mac Book/iMac)
• Evidence of understanding of varied learners with a focus on ‘at‑risk’ students
• Evidence of supporting Literacy and Numeracy from a whole school perspective
• Evidence of integration of technology for the documentation and evaluation of student work
• Ability to work as part of a school team and to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated ability to utilize EDSBY to support student learning and guardian communication
