Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage client and subcontractor bills as per project milestones and contract terms.
- Verify quantities and measurements from site execution and ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for timely submission of bills.
- Maintain records of work orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements in billing documentation.
- Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of billing experience in cement plant or large-scale industrial projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., SAP, ERP).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CP/IS codes and standard billing practices.
