- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Law/Finance/Commerce or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial, environment and Labour Laws, KYC, AML, PMLA, and other applicable regulations
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools, risk assessments, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Design, implement, and execute regular compliance monitoring programs aligned with internal risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses through periodic reviews and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct thematic reviews on high‑risk areas and report findings to senior management with actionable remediation plans. Track and follow up on the implementation of audit and regulatory findings.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies/authorities and external stakeholders for queries, audits, and inspections
- Interpret and stay abreast of applicable laws, regulations (e.g., PMLA, Industrial and Labour Laws, SEBI, RBI guidelines, etc.), and industry best practices affecting companies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal compliance policies, SOPs, and manuals.
- Support implementation of new regulatory changes and conduct training to disseminate the same across teams.
- KYC & Customer Onboarding – Oversee and ensure proper execution of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for all new customer onboarding across business vertical.
