Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a leading, well-established bank in Dubai (DIFC). The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the bank's financial operations, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning functions in compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC regulations.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with IFRS and local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC reporting requirements.
• Lead audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support strategic planning and cost control initiatives.
• Implement strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy.
• Supervise and guide the finance team.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE Central Bank regulations, and DIFC compliance.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory submissions.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
