Job Description / Responsibility- To perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates (including Officers and Workers both).
- Coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
- To prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
- To arrange written test, computer test, analytical ability test, preselection interview, final interview, salary negotiation and finalizing offer.
- To perform all the documentation jobs and coordinate documentation team as and when necessary.
- To ensure on boarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
- Perform any other activities assigned by the management.
