Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise or Dynamics 365 CE) environments.
  • Design and implement CRM modules, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and applications using APIs, plugins, and connectors.
  • Develop custom solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps
    , and CRM plugins (C#/NET).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical CRM solutions.
  • Ensure CRM performance, reliability, and security through best practices.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Support CRM users, provide training, and troubleshoot issues on time.
  • Manage CRM release cycles, updates, patches, and environment deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes using CRM capabilities.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
    .
  • Strong experience in:
    • CRM customization and configuration
    • Plugins and custom workflow activities (C#, .NET)
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
    • CRM security roles, permissions, and administration
    • Data migration (Kingsway Soft, SSIS, Data Import Wizard)
  • Good understanding of CRM architecture, entities, relationships, and data model.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Sales Functional Consultant
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Power Platform Developer / Functional Consultant
  • Experience with Azure services
    , Power BI, or enterprise integrations.
