• Exposure to international or US clients (preferred).
• Prior experience in Digital Marketing (SEO) or as a Project Coordinator/Executive (up to 12 months).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients through calls and emails.
• Assist in managing projects and coordinating between internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal departments, including support, technology and service teams.
• Track client feedback, requests, and escalations to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
• Support planning and execution of monthly retention strategies and client receivables.
• Help develop solutions that align with client needs while keeping the internal team updated on progress.
• Document meeting minutes, client feedback, and project updates for effective tracking and communication.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, even in challenging circumstances.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for documentation and reporting purposes.
