This person will take ownership of a globally distributed trading infrastructure, ensuring lightning-fast execution & reliable SLAs for software & trading teams.

• Scale & optimize a global trading infrastructure to meet the highest performance standards.
• Conduct hardware market analysis & collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Improve & maintain SLAs for mission-critical systems.

• Experience in a leadership role managing critical infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on expertise with distributed on‑prem infrastructure across several regions.
• Strong experience in designing & maintaining SLAs.
• Ownership mindset with a passion for optimization.
• Familiarity with Nomad & advanced networking hardware is a plus.
