• Perform daily operations for endpoint and device protection systems,
  including policy updates, health monitoring, and alert triage.
• Support configuration and maintenance of endpoint detection and response
  (EDR) and unified endpoint management (UEM) tools such as Matrix
  42 and
  Sentinel One.
• Conduct device compliance checks and enforce patch and update schedules to
  ensure secure posture.
• Assist in IoT device enrollment and monitor connectivity to maintain
  compliance with approved network policies.
• Escalate security events, malware detections, or anomalies to senior team
  members and SOC analysts for investigation.
• Maintain device inventory, configuration records, and operational logs in
  accordance with internal governance standards.
• Support vulnerability remediation coordination and documentation updates
  after incident resolution.

8×5 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on‑call rotation for P1 and P2 incidents.
