• Lead end-to-end project management for QA Programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including New model development, Bought out Parts Quality, Market Quality, In‑plant Quality.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes.
