Job Description:

• Location: Remote
• Stage: Early-stage fund with active portfolio
• Reports to: Managing Partner
• About the Fund: This global VC fund invests in top-tier blockchain startups across infrastructure, DeFi, and tooling. With an operator-led GTM venture program, they help first-time and seasoned founders scale fast. Portfolio includes well-known names across Web3 globally.
• What You'll Own:
• Founder Ops:
  Support portfolio companies with GTM, hiring, and strategic projects
• Internal Systems:
  Build internal dashboards, investor updates, and operational workflows
• Ecosystem Building:
  Coordinate events, dealflow partnerships, and ecosystem programs
• Strategic Content:
  Help draft memos, thought leadership, and LP communications
• Special Projects:
  Be the go-to person for new initiatives across portfolio and fund operations
