The OpportunitySyncari is seeking a strategic, data‑driven growth leader to architect and scale our demand engine. This isn’t your typical “run‑the‑plays” role — we need a builder who can optimize multi‑channel programs, deliver $10M+ in pipeline, and consistently generate a 5:1+ return on investment. You’ll own the full revenue marketing function from MQL to closed‑won in one of the most complex and transformative software categories in B2B SaaS.
Responsibilities& Duties
- Own the multi‑channel demand engine, generating $8M–$10M+ in qualified pipeline annually with clear ROI and revenue accountability.
- Manage core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, conversion rates) to guide investment decisions and improve revenue efficiency.
- Run structured growth experiments and A/B tests across channels and funnel stages to optimize performance.
- Align closely with Sales, Finance, and Rev Ops to ensure marketing supports unit economics and pipeline forecasting.
- Leverage attribution models and intent data (6sense, firmographics) to drive high‑converting ABM and outbound strategies.
- Build expansion and advocacy programs that generate 30%+ of pipeline from referrals and existing customers.
- 5–7 years of B2B SaaS growth or demand generation experience, including 2+ years targeting technical audiences (e.g., data teams, IT, engineers).
- Proven track record owning $8M+ in annual marketing‑sourced pipeline, or demonstrated progression from $5M to $10M+ within 2–3 years.
- Expertise executing multi‑channel programs across paid media, content, partners, and outbound enablement.
- Strong command of attribution modeling, lead scoring, funnel diagnostics, and campaign analytics.
- Proficient with marketing tech stacks including Hub Spot, Marketo, and ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.

Salary Range: The expected target earning for this role is $150,000 – $190,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
