Workday Supply Chain; SCM Analyst; Healthcare

FIDES is seeking a Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst to support Workday SCM design, configuration, testing, and deployment for healthcare supply chain operations. The SCM Analyst will assist with configuration workbooks, functional design, data validation, report development, integrations testing, and cutover support. Experience working within healthcare supply chain is strongly preferred. This role is up to 40% onsite.

• Participate in design workshops to configure Workday SCM for optimal supply chain workflows.
• Assist with configuration workbooks for SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Supplier Management, Item Master, Replenishment).
• Support SCM-related data mapping, validation, and transaction catch-up work.
• Assist with SCM integration requirements and testing activities.
• Support SCM report rationalization, report design, and testing.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and SCM-specific test cases.
• Conduct and support unit testing, integrated testing, data staging, and break/fix work.
• Prepare and facilitate customer confirmation sessions with supply chain teams.
• Assist with cutover planning, item master readiness, and deployment.
• Provide post–go-live hyper-care support.

• Experience supporting at least two Workday SCM implementations as an SCM analyst.
• At least one healthcare provider supply chain implementation strongly preferred.
• Ability to support 2–4 SCM modules

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent consulting skills including RAID log tracking and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to travel up to 40% onsite and work EST.
• Two confirmed professional references required.
• Workday certification is a plus.
