Working in our Chief Operating Office (COO)

Our COO Teams are the engine that powers Open Cosmos’ operations. This division brings together mission management, supply chain, and quality & product assurance to make sure every mission is delivered smoothly, reliably, and to the highest standards. They turn plans into action, keeping us efficient and mission-ready at all times.

Our Supply Chain Team ensures that every mission has what it needs, exactly when it’s needed. From sourcing critical components to managing suppliers and logistics, they make sure materials flow seamlessly through every stage of the mission lifecycle. Their work keeps us efficient, cost-effective, and ready to deliver, no matter where in the world we operate.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Satellite Supply Chain Manager to source, plan, and deliver the critical parts and services that bring our satellites to life. You’ll lead complex procurement, coordinate test campaigns, and build strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwide — ensuring quality, reliability, and impact at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sourcing and procuring satellite subsystems, bespoke parts, and specialist services.

  • Coordinating logistics, shipping, and test campaigns with precision.

  • Partnering with engineers and project teams to keep missions on track.

  • Building strong supplier partnerships and scouting new capabilities.

  • Managing risks, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
  • Background in procurement or supply chain (aerospace/space/defence/high-tech preferred).

  • Ability to understand and act on complex engineering requirements.

  • Strong planning, coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
