SR Director of Food and Nutrition – Charlotte, NC

Salary: Perezida: $105,000–$120,000 per year with up to $35,000 bonus potential and relocation assistance.

The Sr. Director of Dining Services oversees day‑to‑day food service operations. You will manage a team of employees, cultivate client relationships, drive profitability, and foster talent development. This position is located in Charlotte, NC.

• Operate the department within the approved budget, maximizing client value.

• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct food service operational management, including inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, certa
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience desirable.
• Serv Safe® certification a plus.
