* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a highly experienced
** Tool Design Manager
** with hands-on expertise in
** Plastic Moulding, Aluminium Die Casting, and Sheet Metal tool design**,specifically for
** LED lighting products, plastic parts, or automotive components**. The ideal candidate will be proficient in
** Solid Works and Unigraphics (UG/NX)
** and capable of leading tool development projects from concept to production.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead the design and  development of tools, moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures for plastic, die  casting, and sheet metal components.
* Manage end-to-end tool  design activities for LED lighting products and automotive parts.
* Create and review 3D models,  2D drawings, and BOMs using
** Solid Works and Unigraphics (UG/NX)**.
* Coordinate with production,  R&D, and suppliers to ensure tool designs meet functional and  manufacturing requirements.
* Conduct feasibility studies,  tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFMA evaluations.
* Guide and support tool  trials, validation, and troubleshooting during development and production  phases.
* Liaise with toolrooms and  vendors for timely and quality tool manufacturing.
* Maintain documentation,  revision control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
