Outsource Ability is excited to present a full-time Marketing Manager position for a forward‑thinking e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is passionate about driving marketing initiatives and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze competitor ads and creative strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement creative strategies for marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Direct and guide the design team (graphic designers, video editors, creator outreach etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor performance of creatives, test variations, and refine based on data.
- Ensure marketing team deadlines are met and output aligns with campaign goals Act as the creative glue between strategy and execution.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in marketing leadership role.
- Technical
Skills:
Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively. - Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective leadership and collaboration.
- Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
- Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
- Tax Responsibilities: As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
