Outsource Ability is thrilled to announce a full-time Content Creator Outreach/Tik Tok Shop Manager position for an innovative e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about social media and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize Tik Tok Shop listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Conduct outreach to creators via Tik Tok, Instagram, and freelance platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partnered creators.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage ongoing creator partnerships.
- Track creator performance, ROI, and campaign impact.
- Work closely with marketing team to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.
- Ensure all Tik Tok Shop compliance requirements and best practices are met.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in content creation or influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of Tik Tok.
- Technical
Skills:
Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively. - Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective outreach and collaboration.
- Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
- Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
- Tax Responsibilities: As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
