Overview

Online Shopping Associate at Price Cutter
. Part Time/Full Time, Entry Level. Reports directly to Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Director of Online Shopping, and Online Shopping Manager.

• Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele.
• Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies.
• Pick product for customers’ online orders, ensuring the freshest and highest quality items are selected, staged at optimal temperature zones, and following customer notes, both written and verbal.
• Offer suitable substitutions when items are out of stock and record the reason for out‑of‑stock on the handheld device.
• Retrieve orders from staging areas upon customer arrival, process payment, handle digital coupons, load groceries into the customer’s vehicle, and inform the customer of any order modifications while delivering superior customer service.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the curbside area, including staging areas, in compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Provide in‑store and online support for customer inquiries related to the Curbside Program.
• Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by Management.

• Maintain adequate training for online shopping, cashiering, or other departments as needed.
• Follow all company processes such as scanning all items that are bagged, correctly charging orders including accurate tax and service fees, and logging all customer orders.
• Report pricing, item location, and incorrect temperature discrepancies, and out‑of‑date products to the appropriate parties.
• Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing name tag.

Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25–50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10–20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand and move around various workstations, lift, carry, push, and pull items toward work areas, use knives and other sharp instruments when preparing food items or removing products from boxes.

This medium work requires good corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and ability to work on floors that may become slippery.
