This is an entry-level job at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Floral Manager in providing good quality products to our customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Floral Department Manager

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet and thank every customer
• Assist the Floral Manager in completing daily duties
• Comply with all company trim standards
• Assist in receiving trucks and breaking down loads into coolers
• Follow all safety guidelines and report safety issues
• Rotate stock items as they are stocked
• Use markdown coupons for close-dated products
• Use merchandising areas properly to promote sales
• Follow all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move between workstations, and handle items including knives and sharp instruments. This is medium work requiring good vision, hearing, and physical mobility, including working on potentially slippery floors.
