AI Developer

We are looking for a AI Developer (Python, NLP) to to join design teams. We solve web and mobile applications for clients from many sectors, including banking, e-commerce, fintech, and automotive.

• Design and develop AI features using Python, leveraging the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and APIs for building AI capabilities within the project
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and refine AI solutions—embracing experimentation, including the ability to discard approaches that don’t meet expectations
• Maintain and support existing AI tools and ensure ongoing compatibility with updates (e.g., LLM versions, API changes, infrastructure adjustments)
• Ensure data quality by monitoring the completeness, accuracy, and structure of data feeding into AI models
• Write and optimize prompts to ensure LLM outputs align with product and gameplay requirements
• Communicate AI development processes and technical dependencies clearly with non-AI team members, especially those working on game systems or other integrated codebases

• Proven experience developing AI applications in Python, particularly with state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and modern NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Transformers)
• Hands‑on experience selecting and integrating AI tools and platforms into larger software ecosystems
• Skilled in developing, testing, and iterating on production‑level AI tools with a focus on robustness and performance
• Strong understanding of maintaining long‑term code stability for LLM integrations in evolving environments
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM outputs to meet specific interaction needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and explain AI‑related logic to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
