**** Job Description
**** As the Android Development Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of skilled developers while driving the enhancement, development, testing, and optimization of enterprise-grade mobile applications. Your leadership will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that meet user needs and align with the organization’s growth strategy.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to release and post-launch support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth goals.
* Manage and mentor a team of Android developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
* Produce fully functional, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications by writing clean, well-documented code.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, UX/UI, and Quality Assurance, to deliver robust features and exceptional user experiences.
* Design and enforce best practices for code quality, architecture (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture), and software development lifecycle processes.
* Oversee the development and execution of unit and UI tests to ensure high application performance and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and crashes, optimizing app performance for seamless user experiences.
* Research emerging technologies and trends, recommending and integrating innovative solutions to keep the app competitive and future-ready.
* Maintain a deep understanding of platform-specific design guidelines, ensuring compliance and exceptional user satisfaction.
* Monitor application analytics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements and feature roadmaps.
* Advocate for the adoption of Dev Ops tools and practices to streamline development workflows and improve team efficiency.
** Qualifications**
* ** Leadership Experience**:
Proven track record of managing and scaling development teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving project success.
* ** Technical Expertise**:+ Extensive experience in Android app development using
** Kotlin
* * and related technologies.+ Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture).+ Proficiency in writing automated tests (JUnit, Espresso, etc.) and integrating RESTful APIs & JSON.+

Experience with Dev Ops tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Sonar Qube.+ Understanding of integrating hardware functionalities like GPS, Bluetooth, and sensors into applications.
* ** Problem-Solving & Strategy**:
Ability to analyze complex challenges, prioritize tasks, and deliver innovative solutions that align with the company’s growth objectives.
* ** User-Centric Mindset**:
Strong understanding of mobile design principles and guidelines for creating exceptional user experiences.
* ** Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
** Competencies
* ** Minimum 7+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
* Deep familiarity with object-oriented programming and design principles.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.
** Preferred
* ** Experience in scaling mobile applications for enterprise use cases.
* Familiarity with tokenization, gamification, or location-based service integrations is a plus.
* Passion for staying ahead of technology trends and fostering innovation within teams.
