Accountant, Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Isha Sacred Walks is looking for a hands-on accounting professional to manage day-to-day
accounting operations for a service / travel-based function. This role requires strong
ownership of routine accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and month-end
closing in a disciplined, responsibility-driven environment.

This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and stability. Please find below the Job details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including voucher entries, AP/AR, and ledger
maintenance

• Record revenues, vendor invoices, refunds, and credit notes

• Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders

• Track expenses and support basic MIS reporting

• Ensure timely payments and collections

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 4–10 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Experience in service-based industries (travel, hospitality, education, healthcare, NGOs
preferred)

• Working knowledge of GST & TDS compliance

• Experience with Tally ERP (mandatory)

• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills

• Comfortable with routine, execution-focused accounting work
