Senior Accounts Officer

Your role  An  Accounts Executive  is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of a company.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable :
Handle Purchase bill booking, vendor payments. Sales invoicing
Bank Reconciliation :
Match bank statements with company records to spot discrepancies
General Ledger Maintenance :
Record financial transactions accurately
Tax Filing & Compliance :
Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Month-End & Year-End Closures :
Finalize accounts and generate reports
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel  and accounting software (e.g.,  Tally ERP ,  Quick Books )
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Time management and organizational skills
Communication skills for cross-department collaboration
To succeed, you will need   Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in  Accounting ,  Finance , or related field
6-8 years of experience in accounting roles preferred
Completed CMA/CMA Inter/ ICAI Inter (Not pursuing further)
Audit Support :
Provide documentation and assist with internal/external audits
Export Documentation  (if applicable):
Prepare invoices, packing lists, and coordinate with clients
