Role Overview :
We are seeking energetic Academic Instructors to deliver high-quality STEM and robotics training. You will be the face of our curriculum, guiding students through the complexities of electronics, coding, and hardware engineering in an engaging, hands-on manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging sessions on Robotics, Electronics (IoT, Arduino, etc.), and STEM concepts to students.
Guide students through hands-on projects, from assembling hardware to writing code.
Simplify complex technical concepts (circuitry, sensors, logic) for various age groups.
Assist in the research and development of new teaching kits and modules.
Mentor students during hackathons, competitions, and project showcases.
Requirements:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in ECE, EEE, Robotics, or Mechatronics.
Strong fundamental knowledge of electronics components, circuit design, and microcontrollers.
Passion for teaching and the ability to command a classroom.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
