Position: Primary Teacher (Grades 1-6)
We are looking for Primary / Elementary Montessori Teachers (Grades 1 to
6)

At Aalam, we try to create a space where children are seen, listened to, and allowed to grow at their own pace. We are a Montessori-inspired school in Coimbatore, working with children from the early years to Cambridge IGCSE and A Levels.

We are looking for warm and committed adults to work with children in the 6–12 age group. This role is for someone who enjoys being with children, observes them carefully, supports their independence, prepares meaningful work, and is open to learning and unlearning along the way.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

A bachelor’s degree.
Experience working with children.
Warmth, patience and a strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills in English.
Interest in Montessori or child-centric education.
Openness to working with children of different ages and learning needs.
Montessori training, storytelling, theatre, art, music or hands-on learning experience will be an added advantage.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Some evenings or weekends may be needed for school events or meetings.

Location:

The Aalam, A Freedom School, Kalapatti, Coimbatore.

Compensation:  Based on qualification and experience.
