About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Life Coach to serve as an in-school counsellor, anchoring Tieke’s program within the school ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers and parents to support holistic student development — with a strong focus on students' physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Deliverables

• Lead and facilitate Tieke’s character-building program within the school

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students

• Deliver engaging, classroom sessions on life skills, values and SEL

• Use Tieke’s AI platform to manage assessments, track student progress and generate insights

• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate student well-being into daily school life

• Maintain structured documentation, reports and progress tracking

• Engage with parents through regular updates, feedback sessions and discussions

Qualifications & Skills

• M.Sc. in Psychology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and adolescents

• Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)

• Comfortable with digital tools and basic data/reporting systems

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in school counselling, life skills education or student wellness roles

• Freshers with a strong interest in school counselling are encouraged to apply
