Dear Candidate,   We are seeking a passionate and committed Samskṛitam Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Gurukulam’s curriculum. The role involves not only teaching the language but also fostering a deeper cultural, intellectual, and experiential connection with Samskṛitam within a traditional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Samskṛitam in accordance with the prescribed curriculum
Develop structured lesson plans and teaching materials
Facilitate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
Maintain discipline and engagement in the classroom
Support the integration of Samskṛitam with traditional knowledge systems
Participate in academic activities and curriculum development
Education & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Samskṛitam (spoken and written) is essential
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Samskṛtam or related field preferred
Certification in Samskṛitam teaching or traditional śāstric learning is an added advantage
Familiarity with classical texts in the field of natya, sangeetha, yoga, ayurveda, and traditional pedagogy is desirable
Experience
Prior teaching experience in Samskṛitam is preferred
Experience in curriculum design or lesson planning is an advantage
Experience working with children or young learners is desirable
Exposure to Gurukulam-style or traditional education systems is a plus

Strong communication and teaching skills
Effective classroom management and student engagement
Ability to mentor and guide students with patience and clarity
Capability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
Basic collaboration and networking skills within an academic environment
