Experience:

1+ year as a Patient Caller in US Healthcare RCM

Your Role

As a Patient Caller, you'll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their healthcare accounts while delivering a professional and compassionate customer experience.
You will:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding medical bills and account inquiries.

• Explain insurance coverage, billing statements, balances, and payment options.

• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.

• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Accurately document every interaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and meet quality and productivity standards.

What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as an RCM Patient Caller.
✔ Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Comfortable working in US shifts.
✔ Basic computer proficiency.
