Job Title:
Executive Support Internship
Location:
Coimbatore (Remote)
Salary: 6000 per month
Duration: 6 month
About the role:
We are looking for a sharp and curious "Executive Support Intern" to work closely with the leadership team, including the CEO. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and content creation.
The intern will collect inputs from multiple departments, synthesize information into meaningful insights, and help translate those insights into blogs, internal communication, and visual posters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to leadership thinking, business strategy, and storytelling in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Data Insights
- Collaborate with various departments (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to gather structured and unstructured data
- Organize, analyze, and summarize information into clear insights for leadership review
- Create executive-ready summaries, dashboards, or briefing notes
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across teams
Executive Support (Strategic)
- Assist in preparing inputs for leadership discussions, reviews, and strategy meetings
- Convert complex information into concise, decision-oriented formats
- Maintain structured documentation and knowledge repositories
Content & Communication
- Support the creation of blogs, thought leadership articles, and internal updates
- Help design posters, one-pagers, and visual summaries (using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and leadership messaging
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to break down complex information into simple, clear narratives
- Comfortable interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good to Have:
- Basic experience with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, dashboards, etc.)
- Familiarity with content tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Google Docs)
- Interest in startups, leadership, and business strategy
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
