- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse academic and collaborative environment.
- Candidates with freelancing experience, IT background, or technical consulting exposure (alongside required academic qualifications) are encouraged to apply.
- M.Tech freshers, as well as individuals returning from a career break, are welcome to apply.
- Background in interdisciplinary research, online/hybrid teaching, or technology-enabled learning will be an added advantage.
